Movie Justice (2017) description:
A historical western is a genre, loved by many. American Richard Gabay offers us another film of this kind, which can take a worthy place in any collection of westerns. The events of the painting take place in 1870, three years after the civil war in one of the small settlements of Nevada. The old abandoned mine becomes the military stronghold of the corrupt mayor and his gang of criminals, led by the bloodthirsty bandit Reb, who is struggling to resume the war. The nearby town of this mayor suffers from gang raids, and the only one who tries to resist is a local priest who opens his eyes to his flock for the crimes of the head of the town.
The confrontation between the pastor and the gang of criminals ends badly. The gang burns the church together with the priest, finally intimidating the locals. But the rebel pastor has a brother with whom they have not seen each other for many years. James serves as marshal of the US police and comes to the funeral of his brother. After learning the story of the death of the priest, James begins his own merciless war against the dangerous group and the local mayor. Will he be able to avenge the death of a loved one, will his local people support him and how will this confrontation end?
